"Tim Mills knows HVAC. My furnace gave out and I was desperate for some heat.  After checking out my 30 year old furnace, he showed me that it would take more money to fix than just replace it with a new high efficiency unit. So I gave him the green light and two days later I had the new unit in place and he even repaired some defects in my duct work he noticed that had been there since the house was built.

Then a fast forward to the next summer, My AC wasn't blowing cold air. I thought it was probably the thermostat but called Tim. He came right out, took a look and diagnosed it then replaced it. No need for a whole new AC, I was very relieved. He also was able to diagnose another AC problem a year later and got it fixed fast and correctly. Again, Tim saved me from spending thousands of dollars on things I didn't need. "
